EUROCEMENT SERVICES S.R.L is the LIFE supplier which body solution for electronic commerce facilitation, ie payment, payment and anti -fraud protection services.
All the types of cards issued by Romanian and foreign banks are accepted under the Visa and Mastercard logos, provided that the issuing banks have been activated for online payment.
Another payment method is the refund payment (on delivery)
Life which body does not request and does not store any information regarding the client's card or bank cards, these being processed directly on the servers of the online payment service provider.

9.1 Access to the service
9.1.1. Access to the work is allowed to any client natural person who owns or creates an account on the website www.life-care.com
9.1.2. In order to be allowed access to the work, the client will have to accept the provisions of the document.
9.1.3. Each customer can have a single account.
9.1.4. Life which body can refuse an order following a prior notification addressed to the client, without obliging between the parties and without a party being able to demand damages, for the following situations:
>> providing incomplete or incorrect data by the customer;
>> The activity of the client can cause damage to the website www.life-care.com, the company Life Care Corp SRL and /or its partners;

9.2. Products and services

All invoices are issued and registered automatically and included in tax reports. Corrections are not accepted except for those changes in the invoices made by the methods and within the legal terms.
9.2.7. The payment of the products and/or the services purchased through the service can be made online with the card and upon delivery to the courier only in cash.
9.2.8. In the case of online payments with the LIFE card which body is not / cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to foreign conversion commissions applied by the issuing bank of its card, if its currency differs from RON. The responsibility for this action is carried by the client only.
9.3. Order online
9.3.1. The client can place orders on the site, by adding the desired goods and/or services in the shopping cart, to complete the order by paying through one of the express indicated modalities. Once added to the shopping cart, a good and/or a service is available for purchasing in which there is stock available for this. Adding a good/service to the shopping cart, in the absence of completion of the order, does not lead to registration of an order, implicitly the automatic reservation of the good/service.
9.3.2. The client can place orders of products marketed at a given time, the offers being limited over time. The price displayed on the site at the time of order will not change, being firm. For an offer that has expired, orders can no longer be placed. 9.3.7. An order placed can be canceled within a maximum of 10 minutes from its placement via the "Cancel order" button from the client's account or by requesting the customer by sending an e-mail to problemmsolving@life-care.com.ro, clearly mentioning the order and number of the order.
9.3.8. At any order placed the customer is obliged to verify and accept the contractual framework.
9.3.9 The client has the right to withdraw from the contract, respectively to return a good or to give up a service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without supporting other costs. Thus, according to GEO no 34/2014, the period of return of a good or renunciation of a service expires within 14 days from the day when the client enters the physical possession of the goods.
9.3.11 If the client requests the withdrawal from the contract within the legal term of withdrawal from the contract, he must also return the possible gifts that have accompanied the respective product. If the order is paid, the company will reimburse the amount in maximum 14 (fourteen) days from the date of its information on its decision to withdraw from the contract. The amount will be returned as follows:

9.4.5 After the completion of the order the customer cannot request the modification of the order on the phone.
9.5. Contract and completion
9.5.1. Life which body will issue and transmit to the client all the necessary documents attesting the purchase of the products/services by the client according to the legislation in force.
9.5.2. Life which body will facilitate the client's information about the completion stage in which the order is to send an information e-mail to the address indicated by it. 9.6. Transport

9.6.2. The delivery time is within the limit of 48 hours on the territory of Romania, considered from the date of taking over your order. The products are delivered within the limit of available stock. Product and pricing information is presented under the reserve of printing mistakes. 11. Limitation of responsibility

13.1. 13.2. The party or the legal representative of the party invoking the above mentioned event is obliged to inform the other, immediately and completely, its production and to take any measures that are available to limit the consequences of the respective event.
13.3. The part or legal representative of the party invoking the mentioned event is exempted from this obligation only if the event prevents it from completing it.
13.4. If, within 15 days from the date of its production, the respective event does not cease each party will have the right to notify the other party the full termination of this contract without any of them being able to claim the other other damages.
13.5. The party invoking the major force event must prove the impossibility of executing the obligations within 30 days from the date of the event but within the limits of art. 13.3.
