If the customer wishes to return a product for reasons independent of Life which, it can do so, within30 calendar daysfrom receiving it only to announce this intention by e-mail to the addressps@life-care.com, mail, phone, sms, verbal.
If the purchased products are non -compliant/damaged, the LifeCare company will support this return - a courier will pick up the product directly from the partner's home (or another address confirmed by the partner).
If, when taking over the parcel, it presents traces of deterioration, this should be mentioned on the receipt confirmation. Important! Only by respecting this procedure will any complaint to the courier supplier will be taken into account.
Therefore, based on the report of finding products affected (hit) during transport we can register the notification and we can submit the product replacement procedure.
If you have problems related to an order that does not seem to be solved by email or with the person you are discussing, you can write to us at the email addressps@life-care.com. You will receive an answer within a maximum of 48 working hours from the date of sending the application.
At the reception of the return, one of the solutions below will be applied - when choosing the client:
a. Replacing the returned product with another new identical product.
b. Money back - the value of the returned products returns to the customer in the personal bank account, sending an email tops@life-care.com
The ways you can return a product are:

To return a product is mandatory to provide us with all your identification data as a Life Customer which by any method you want: phone, email or return form you find availableHere >>and which you can put in the package with the returned products.
